Immigrants and Entrepreneurship
In a very interesting study focusing on the likelihood of foreign national immigrants to be entrepreneurs in the U.S., as compared to U.S. citizens, it is apparent that immigrants are more likely to be entrepreneurial. In the silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay Area this is clearly the case as roughly half of all new startups int he area are founded by foreign national immigrants.
As an immigrant into this country myself I can proudly say that I am an entrepreneur myself, operating my immigration practice focused on helping other foreign born entrepreneurs.
